Hiring Bonus

We are so confident that we can find quality experienced medical professionals the job of that If we successfully place you in a new permanent full time position of at least $40K per year we will pay you a $1,000 Bonus.  This is over and above any salary or hiring bonus paid to you by your new employer.  We offer this bonus to you as part of our commitment to treat medical professionals as well as you deserve to be treated.   

You can also get a $1,000 Referral Bonus for referring other medical professionals, or hiring managers to us.

We pay the signing bonus after 120 days of continuous employment in your new position.  This is to give employer's confidence that nurses and other medical professionals hired through us are not "fly by night" employees, and we aren't simply placing the same people in multiple jobs.  This confidence in our candidates helps us place you in a better job faster.
