Referral Bonus

You can earn a referral bonus from us 2 ways.

If you refer anyone to us that we successfully place in a new permanent full time position of at least $40K per year we will pay you a $1,000 Bonus.

If you recommend us to a hospital or other medical hiring manager that hires anyone from us we will pay you $1,000 Bonus for each full time permanent hire made by that person.

If we help you find a new job, you can also get a $1,000 Hiring Bonus directly from us, over and above any compensation or bonuses paid by your new employer.

We pay the referral bonus after the medical professional's 120 days of continuous employment in their new position.  This is to give employer's confidence that nurses and other medical professionals hired through us are not "fly by night" employees, and we aren't simply placing the same people in multiple jobs.

We have a CURRENT NEED for referrals for all of the following medical careers:

RN’s LPN’s and STNA’s Physicians, Physical, Radiation, or Respiratory Therapists, Radiologists, X-Ray Tech’s , Mammography Techs, Ultrasound Techs, MRI Techs, MLT / MT, Nuclear Med Tech’s , CT Techs, Dental Hygienists, Dental Assistant’s / EFDA, OT / OTA, PT / PTA, EEG / EKG, Pharmacist, Transcribers, Phlebotomists, IT Staff HR, and Insurance Billers.
